What is El Laurel?

El Laurel is a Leadership and Cultural Transformation Center that provides the opportunity for individuals and groups to discover the attitudes and mental patterns (the way they see and do things) that bring about the results that they are obtaining at the current moment. Each individual is a co-creator of the reality they are living and not just a victim of the circumstances.

Located on a coffee farm in the Managua sierras, El Laurel is a place for reflection and growth. The space promotes a high connection with nature and allows the participants to fully embrace the experiences and the learning opportunities.
